Mode of Selection:

If variety of applications are more, then selection committee will fix a requirements to shortlist the applicants. Only shortlisted prospects will be called for the interview. Selection will be done on the basis of online interview through either Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or any other appropriate software application, as decided by the qualified authority.

The interview date will be interacted to the shortlisted prospects through e-mail.

Terms:

The engagement will be on simply short-term and contractual basis for the period mentioned in the ad. It is specifically for the above pointed out research study work and the period shall be co-terminus with the job period or till the completion of tenure whichever is previously. The engagement under this project does not provide any right/claim whatsoever either explicitly or implicitly on the appointee for regular consultations in CSIR-NIO/CSIR, versus any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent. It would for that reason, not give any right/claim, implicit or explicit, on the part of the prospects for regularization/absorption against any post in CSIR/NIO or under any other scheme of CSIR.

HRA will be paid as per the rules.

Incase of prospects qualified with NET/GATE credentials, they might be thought about for higher emoluments according to the DST guidelines of task personnels, based on the approval of job funds and approval of skilled authority.

Performance of the job staff would be reviewed occasionally so that any one not discovered up to the mark, could be ended with one month's notice or one month's stipend in lieu thereof.
